I have a couple of pura vida grow here. Let me know which is older or newer.
Bottoms of them have batch numbers. one of them is 09131511, and the other is 08131411.

I also have some awesome blossoms and sugar daddy, so please tell me how to read the batch number...

The first batch number you listed is the newer of the two products.
The reading of the batch numbers is for internal use and the code is not for public consumption.
