Jason GoodmanGeneral Manager

As General Manager and Partner of Technaflora Plant Products Ltd. Jason Goodman has an extensive background in conflict resolution and business principles. Over the past ten years, Jason’s leadership, dedication and philosophy of the importance of family and integrity is reflected in Technaflora’s successes.

Aside from being the General Manager of Technaflora, Jason is Vice President of the Hydroponic Merchants Association. His employment and membership has afforded him the valuable opportunity to form relationships with, and glean insight from, many of the great people in the Hydroponic industry. Outside of Technaflora, Jason is passionate about his family, music and enjoys the outdoors.

Andrew KingOperations Manager

Partner and Operations Manager of Technaflora Plant Products Ltd., Andrew King has been involved in the hydroponic industry for 15 years. Aside from Technaflora Andrew enjoys playing guitar and weekend hikes with his wife and daughter.

Laura MurphyMarketing Director

Laura Murphy brings to Technaflora Plant Products Ltd. a decade of experience in marketing and communications. In addition to her passion for graphic design and photography, Laura enjoys the outdoors, working in the garden, reading, painting on canvas and the theatre.

Asalatha Manda, Ph.DDirector of Research & Development

With her passion and strong desire towards the farming community Asalatha Manda set out to obtain her Bachelor and Masters of Science in Agriculture. Both degrees were awarded from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, India. After obtaining her Masters, Asalatha was employed by the Ranga University as a Scientist in Plant Physiology where she worked on Australian collaborative projects. Through her research and participation she was awarded the John All Wright International Fellowship Award from the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research. She moved to Brisbane, Australia to gain her Ph.D at the University of Queensland. Her research work has been published in national and international journals. In addition to running the R & D Department at Technaflora, Asalatha is an articling agrologist with the British Columbia Instititue of Agrologists in Vancouver. She play chess, admires nature and enjoys spending leisure time with her husband and two sons.

Niki NickelOffice Manager

As Office Manager, Niki Nickel ensures that the office of Technaflora is running efficiently. Niki enjoys sewing, gardening and music. But most of all, she especially enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter.

Jason DavidsonSale Manager

Sales Manager, Jason Davidson brings to Technaflora many years of experience in the hydroponic gardening industry in both sales and in management. Jason has a strong understanding of the importance of relationship building, branding, and merchandising. In addition to his passion for indoor gardening, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, music, and traveling across this beautiful planet of ours.

Marcel MpuangaManufacturer

Marcel Mpuanga plays a key roll in manufacturing Technaflora’s entire product line of plant nutrients and supplements like Pura Vida Grow & Bloom, and Rootech Cloning Gel. When he’s not making our exceptional products he’s either reading a good book, listening to music or outside watching a good soccer game or tennis match.

Craig GamacheAssistant Manufacturer

Craig Gamache’s favourite pastime is camping in the wilderness. When he’s not taking in the sights and sounds of Mother Nature, he’s in the city watching movies and gaming with his friends.

Iwona SkapskaProduction and Packaging

Iwona Skapska ensures the production line of Technaflora products keeps rolling in a straight line and on time. In her leisure time Iwona enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for photographing Vancouver’s architecture.

Jeni VolosProduction and Packaging

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba Jeni has called Vancouver home for the past 15 years. When she is not mastering her craft as a professional pool player she’s out in the ball park playing baseball. She cherishes spending time with her friends and family, and has a love for animals, gardening and music.

Kris Tracey is a man of many hats... baseball caps that is. He’s extensive collection reflects his passion for all sports whether it’s football, hockey or baseball. He enjoys a good hockey game, concerts and a variety of activities in the city with his family and friends.
