As General Manager and Partner of Technaflora Plant Products Ltd. Jason Goodman has an extensive background in conflict resolution and business principles. Over the past ten years, Jason’s leadership, dedication and philosophy of the importance of family and integrity is reflected in Technaflora’s successes.

Aside from being the General Manager of Technaflora, Jason is Vice President of the Hydroponic Merchants Association. His employment and membership has afforded him the valuable opportunity to form relationships with, and glean insight from, many of the great people in the Hydroponic industry. Outside of Technaflora, Jason is passionate about his family, music and enjoys the outdoors.

Andrew KingOperations Manager

Partner and Operations Manager of Technaflora Plant Products Ltd., Andrew King has been directly involved in the hydroponic industry for over 13 years. Aside from his busy work schedule, customer relations and traveling, Andrew is an avid curler. He also enjoys playing table tennis, working on his aquarium and ripping it up on the guitar. A dedicated family man, Andrew’s favourite pastime is his weekend hikes with his wife and daughter.

Laura MurphyMarketing Director

Laura Murphy brings to Technaflora Plant Products Ltd. a decade of experience in marketing and communications. In addition to her passion for graphic design and photography, Laura enjoys the outdoors, working in the garden, reading, painting on canvas and the theatre.

Ranil WaliwitiyaDirector of R&D

Ranil Waliwitiya has ten years of experience in plant related nutrients, plant growth regulators and pesticides including their formulations and plant physiological responses.

With a degree in Plant Science from UBC, Ranil is currently pursuing his doctoral degree at SFU's Department of Biological Sciences. Besides his passion for Applied Research of organic fertilizers and botanical pesticides, Ranil spends his leisure volunteering at the Buddhist Vihara Society. He also enjoys meditation and admiring nature.

Niki NickelOffice Manager

As Office Manager, Niki Nickel ensures that the office of Technaflora is running efficiently. Niki enjoys sewing, gardening and music. But most of all, she especially enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter.

Jason DavidsonSale Manager

Sales Manager, Jason Davidson brings to Technaflora many years of experience in the hydroponic gardening industry in both sales and in management. Jason has a strong understanding of the importance of relationship building, branding, and merchandising. In addition to his passion for indoor gardening, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, music, and traveling across this beautiful planet of ours.

A Vancouver native, Doug Maude had been part of Technaflora for over five years. When he is not packing, stacking or tracking, Doug enjoys traveling, sports, and music. He is also a connoisseur of fine wines.

Lyle ThistlethwaiteProduction Supervisor

Outside of being the chief for Technaflora’s exceptional plant nutrients and fertilizers, Lyle Thislethwaite drums to a different beat. In his spare time, he is an inspiring musician, and drummer in an original rock band.
