Weed And Music — The Physiological Point of View

Researchers are trying to explain this phenomenon from a purely physiological point of view. They are of the opinion that, when listening to music, the brain regions that are responsible for the reward system are activated. On the other hand, many of these brain regions have a high content of CB1 cannabinoid receptors. It is worth recalling that tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) contained in marijuana is able to combine with these receptors.
